Apple Pay is still broken. Latest iOS and latest FairPrice app. Nothing happens after paying with Apple Pay. On the Apple Pay side, the “ding” of approval can be heard. But Fair Price app just stalls.

1. After a few pages, none of the images showed up. 2. After a few add to cart interactions, the app slows down and took a while to respond to scrolling 3. App crashes often
First time to install this APP and couldn’t login . It kept crashing and refused to login. Never met an APP like that. Such a terrible experience!
App will no longer process my international Visa card. I was able to use previously, but it suddenly stopped working. My card continues to work fine with other merchants and the bank says I have all security requirements in place, yet customer support claims it is an issue with my bank and not related to any changes they made. Additionally their response time takes weeks and doesn’t actually provide helpful information, other than to use a local card…..
The scan & go mechanism was completely offline during the CNY festive shopping season (at least for the store location we were at) but this was not made known to shoppers. Everyone was happily scanning their purchases and packing them into bags thinking they could skip the long cashier queues. Only to discover at the very end when attempting to pay that it was taken offline. Imagine the number of shoppers attempting to re-scan their shopping items again using another family member’s app or the repacking that had to be done.
Not working
What I find lacking in the app, is the option to add items, once the order has been made. That is an essential option as so many of us suddenly remember items after placing the order.
Come on, it’s 2020 outdoors. do I have to carry your plastic cards? Let them to be added in to the Apple Wallet app. It’s easy. Cheers.
Before this latest upgrade each time I select a wine the discount is automatically calculated. Now it doesn’t discount for me
Hopefully this is just an issue during rollout and the availability of items will become as wide as in store. Also, how do I get my Link points if I shop online ? App functionality is reasonably good. A great addition would be the inclusion of expiry dates, and more details on ingredients.
It’s weird that they suppose to ship everything out from their warehouse... I’m puzzled that they still have most of the items out of stock, I could see them in store, lots of the hot sales discounted items are out of stock?!! SERIOUSLY? Why bother to show me and tell me I can’t buy? I don’t get this experience in-store?
Easy Application
Part of my life now.
App is great, enjoy using the bar code scanning feature. Do update the UI to the latest iOS resolution specs. Seems like the UI is still stuck in the older resolution.
The app seems to be better but RedMart app is faster especially when you sort and scroll through multiple items
Please look into the loading of the pages which is a little slow. Also, for input of credit card details, perhaps can have the option of activating the phone camera to capture the card details. Overall, a very user friendly app.
Please save items in cart in case I cannot complete checkout immediately!
1. Doesn't save my cart. Items disappear after awhile from my cart. 2. Low availability of delivery slots, have to wait 1 week for items. 3. Not enough Click and collect locations and slots-cannot collect at any ntuc-only selected ones, also have to wait 1 week for slot. Summary: don't waste your time.
This App serves its purpose but can be better in terms of UI
I like the app in general but it kept hanging so this wasted a lot of time, I had a lot to order and found the search function to be a bit defunct
The items take too long to load, as a result ordering is too time consuming. Items available is not comprehensive enough. There is no box to key in my link points Plus! More work need to be done to improve.
App lags badly. I had to exit and reopen the app a few times due to it becoming unresponsive. I would also prefer if I could stay logged on on the same mobile device. It's troublesome to have to key in the username and password every time. These negative points drive me to use the other competing online grocery shopping options most of the time.
Good call to have heavy stuff home. Works good and efficiently
A lot of errors! Slow and doesn't even work on iOS 10 don't waste ur time download this crap
It took me two hours to complete an order - this is tiring :((
Display of items is very slow and Search field does not work, keeps on hanging.
In today's fast paced world, a quick & responsive app especially for a retail establishment is highly appreciated... this app is not one of them. You are better off using honestbee with a fast shopping app experience and delivery turn around. If Fairprice can improve in these areas, I'm sure more people will appreciate this app more.
Crashes. Requires email and password each time you open app. Hard to find groceries.
This app is a disgrace. I would rather they pulled this app out of the app store, as it destroying their own reputation.
Silly requirement needing nric to register. Go redmart..
I was excited to give this a go, until I downloaded it to my iPad and tried to open it. Upon opening, I get a warning popup that it doesn't work on jailbroken devices (my iPad is not jailbroken), and then crashes. Useless.
